About This Site - FuseSource Open Source Community
This site is provided as a community resource by The FuseSource team.
Q: What’s the purpose of this site?
A: This site is provided as a community resource to enable people to:
- Access FuseSource open source products for SOA and integration
- Ask questions and participate in discussions with developers and users of the products
- Learn about open source and application integration technologies
- Contribute information through forums and a community wiki
Q: Is this FuseSource’s official customer support site?
A: No, while you may find answers to questions, or get help from community members (including FuseSource developers) this is not the mechanism used to support customers who purchase enterprise support. FuseSource customers enjoy guaranteed response times, expert consultation, and direct technical account management, which are not features of this community site.
Q: So how do I get help?
A: First, try browsing and/or searching through the site. Look in the wiki, the documentation, and the other site content. Your question may already be answered. If you’re trying something that you think may be of interest to others, such as evaluating performance or compatibility, consider documenting your project in the wiki. That is a great way to get suggestions from other community members.
