The latest builds are all broken on the fabric side. Guess your issue is the result of that.
This is usually due to not being able to download the dependencies; since we've not yet done a real release of ESB / fabric in a public repo that the JVMs can use to download stuff.
Should be fixed in a couple of days hopefully.... Its not an IDE issue, its an ESB/Fabric issue FABRICPRV-224
