We could possible also add some check in Fuse IDE, so when people try to use the JMX explorer with the local processes, then we can check whether that settings is correct, and the tools.jar can be found. If not we could show an error dialog about this problem to the end user.

Added a message that shows up at the top of the JMX and Fabric explorers if tools.jar isn't on the class path. The message includes a link to the preferences page where they can rectify this.
