clicking the Deploy To toolbar button should re-run the last selection if there was one (or open the menu if there wasn't)

once folks have chosen a place to deploy to (folder / ESB / Fabric) its common for folks to re-do the deploy/build again and again so having it remember the last selection & re-run it would rock
