ActiveMQ starts to fail in Fuse Jboss when a feature is deployed

For some odd reason the embedded ActiveMQ broker is restarted when the user installs a KAR with his application.
Though ActiveMQ also ought to shutdown nicely first and unregister the MBean name etc. So we wont see that instance already exists exception.

Just wanted to log this in the JiRA tracker so we wont forget about this bug.
