For ESB 4.3.1, some of the servicemix tooling archetypes were renamed--for example, the servicemix-osgi-cxf-code-first-archetype archetype is now called servicemix-cxf-code-first-osgi-bundle. However the newly named archetypes are not showing up in the archetype catalog, http://repo.fusesource.com/nexus/content/groups/public/archetype-catalog.xml
