The above doc should describe all options of the "sort" command, but -r (reverse order of results) is missing.

Maybe more command options are missing from the docs?

The Console Reference Guide for FUSE ESB 4.2 includes the -r (reverse sort) option for the sort command see http://fuseesb.fusesource.org/docs/4.2/command_ref/ESBsort.html. All commands and options were updated in this guide for the M1 release.
