allow aggregation of RRD graphs/statistics so folks can view the cluster wide throughput of all queues, or all producers/consumers or whatever

we could do this purely at the graph generation part; or we could implement aggregator services which poll individual agents then agregate the values

as a simple solution we could look at just using graphite for the charting...
