There are actually 2 problems:

1) The toolbar is shown vertically and consumes half of the available page (See screenshot)
2) the label "Actional Diagnostics" is clipped (Particularly visible with the D and the dots on i).

I have seen this also on IE7. Not a problem using Firefox. Amanda

Note this only happens on the forge. The toolbar is fine with IE on Source.

That toolbar has removed from all publicly visible areas of the forge. Only a few site admin and project admins screens are still using it. So I don't think it's a 1.0 priority to fix the rest of them yet as only internal projects are going to be created by the 1.0 launch.
