Not sure if it is the case already, but Jaime wants that a non Progress employee can only request to create a project if they are a member of the forge-icla group also - ie. have submitted a signed ICLA to us. He would also like to change the name from Create project to Propose project or some other text that is clearer that it is being submitted for approval not automatically created.

Ok.

I've updated the so it works as follows: The "Create" link is always visible. When clicked and the user

  • is not logged in => he is redirected to the the login page
  • is an employee or has a file ICLA => he is show the create form
  • otherwise => He is sent to a page explaining that he first needs to file and ICLA

I've update the create a project form so that the title is:

Propose a New Project
Not all projects make the cut. Please only submit projects which would make a good fit with the rest of the FUSE community.
