Please follow the steps below to reproduce this error:
1. Click on Analyze tab.
2. Select Report Center
3. In "Select a report:", select "Resource Not Collecting Metrics"
4. Select "Export the report as: " Excel
5. Click on OK
You should get the error at the end of step 5.
