Currently bin/activemq create command without any path specified to it doesn't give any error or warning that it failed or skipped creation of new broker instance artifacts. It only says "Running create broker task..." but doesn't give any more indication as to what it did and what was the outcome.
It need a better output message to indicate outcome.
