NetworkFailureTest fails with optimizedAcknowledge=true

Run src/test/java/org/fusesource/fusemq/systest/networkfailure/bugs/NetworkFailureOptimizedAck.java from http://fusesource.com/forge/svn/fusemqptest/trunk.

This may not be an issue with optimizedAcknowledge per se. I believe this problem may be related to InactivityMonitor, but didn't get far enough to confirm. The producer in the test remains hung after it's transport resumes.

This should be fixed now with https://issues.apache.org/activemq/browse/AMQ-2515 The problem was with optimized ack and interrupting transport. See Apache issue for more details
