ActiveMQ pooled connections causes Temporary Destination leaks since connections don't get closed as reported in AMQ-2716

Created: 27/May/11 10:28 PM   Updated: 16/Apr/12 02:55 PM
Component/s: java client
Affects Version/s: 5.4.2-fuse-02-00
Fix Version/s: 5.6.0-fuse-00-00

Environment: linux centos

External Issue URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AMQ-2716

 Description  « Hide
Pooled connections cause Temporary Destination leaks since connections are not closed immediately, but the AMQ Session Pool could generate a warning/error message on the client side when too many temporary destinations (perhaps beyond a configurable threshold) have been created suggesting a potential error in the client code due to the pooling issue.

I resolved AMQ-2716 so the temp destinations are destroyed when the PooledConnection close method is invoked.

This has been resolved in Apache and will be in the 5.6 Release
