Enable JMS connection pools to close IDLE connections.

In order to reduce open connections, in an environments with 10,000's of JMS clients, it would be great for the connection pools to close IDLE JMS connections (producers)

there is some support for this in the ActiveMQ ConnectionPool, see: org.apache.activemq.pool.ConnectionPool#setIdleTimeout

the default is 30 seconds.

If there is need for some additional expiry support in the connection pools please reopen.
