camel-jms - Starting JmsConsumers which cannot get connected to remote broker should not prevent Camel from starting

Camel should have a new feature to be able to keep trying to connect to the remote broker.
However as the JmsConsumer is not scheduled it could take a bit of work to implement this.

Maybe adding a task on doStart that is spawned to start the jms consumer and that just keeps retrying with X seconds delay.
