Investigate why we need extra imports/require-bundles when using FTP endpoint from a Camel OSGi bundle

User reported FTP endpoint not working properly in FUSE ESB in http://fusesource.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=2654&tstart=0

My own tests, using a plain Spring XML file, were working fine (probably due to the Dynamic-Import=*) but deployment using a bundle fails. Although we discovered that the workaround is to add the required bundle to the MANIFEST or else specifically add some imported packages, we should get his working without any MANIFEST tinkering. Not sure why it's required anyway here, so we'll have to look into that.
