you can now do things like 
engine.layoutStrategy = new DefaultLayoutStrategy(engine, "views/layouts/default.ssp", "views/layouts/default.scaml")

Also as part of this change - the TemplateEngine uses the NullLayoutStrategy by default unless its explicitly customized
