We need to be able to modify notifications that the WS-Notification broker in the latest CXF is sending, before they are being sent. Ideally we'd like to be able to hook in an interface implementation that broker-generated messages are being passed through prior to sending, like notifications that are sent out from the broker to the subscribers.
