(1) We need to make sure we disable access to all project resources
(2) We need to build a tar.gz containing all the project resources so that those resources can be removed from the forge but still maintain the ability to restore the project if needed.

List of resources that need to be included in the archive:

• git repo
• svn repo
• webdav repo
• mailing list archives
• jira export of project issues
• confluence space export
• project image assets
