BPEL
Build a SOA Environment that Supports BPEL Components
BPEL is an orchestration language used to define long-running asynchronous processes that one typically sees in business applications. BPEL specifies an executable process that involves message exchanges with other systems. In order to deploy a BPEL process, one needs a SOA platform that support BPEL components.
FUSE ESB is an open source integration platform for BPEL components that supports JBI and OSGi for use in enterprise IT organizations. It is certified, productized and fully supported by the people who wrote the code. FUSE ESB is robust SOA infrastructure that provides a standardized methodology, server, and tools to integrate components in mission-critical applications.

FUSE ESB has a pluggable architecture allows organizations to use their preferred service solutions in their SOA. Any standard JBI or OSGi-compliant service engine or binding component – including BPEL, XSLT or JMX engines – may be deployed to a FUSE ESB container, and FUSE ESB components may be deployed to other ESBs.
FUSE ESB fully supports WS-BPEL and BPEL4WS for orchestration. FUSE ESB provides a standard plug-in that supports any JBI compliant BPEL-based orchestration engine through the standard JBI-based BPEL interface.
